And the packing of the crap begins.

Having to decide what to bring to DC is proving not only tiring, but extremely difficult. I have no idea what the hell I'm going to need and getting to a grocery store is like getting to Mecca. And then there are the books. And the cleaning supplies. And every other thing a person needs to function on a daily basis. There are not enough post-its on god's green earth to satisfy my need for lists. I hope I bring enough shit. But god knows I'll have to buy more when I am finally there.
Anyone have suggestions for what to bring?

Hello abyss of the internet!

If you cannot tell from the title of my page, I am working on the hill this summer as an intern. A real intern to a real US Congressman. I will be recording every juicy detail of my sojourn in the city of confusing streets (which of course have a historical purpose), bad suits, and excessive blackberry usage. And the cupcakes, cannot forget the cupcakes.

Enjoi!
